Description
Caller states he is still waiting for the status of 2 requests he placed last year about 2 different trees at 2 different addresses. SR #-DPW140972 was closed stating it's a duplicate but this is an error because the concern of the tree is for address 502 Montvale Ave and also 503 Montvale. The request(s) were placed 5/08/23 SR#-DPW140973 was placed on the removal list but DPW140972 was closed in error. This tree is doing the same as the other tree.
