Description
The entire alley (whole 2700 block between Barton and North) is extremely worn down and damaged. There is leakage from somewhere as there are always large puddles of water/mud/sewage even during dry periods. Because of how worn down and uneven the gravel is, it is nearly impossible to drive a sedan-like car through without scraping the undercarriage.
