Description
101 E Leigh Street is TWO apartments. Our neighbor puts his on Leigh St. We have NO trash can. I was told my ticket was closed but we still have NO trashcan. Should we put it in the middle of the sidewalk? If not please help us get a new trash can. I have no idea why the ticket was closed without us getting one. I am the ONLY person who sent in a request. My last request was DPW000172097
