Description

HEAVILY USED SIDEWALK FOR BROWN'S ISLAND EVENTS. THE TREES ARE HANGING LOW AND BUSHES GROWNING THROUGH FENDING. TREES ARE BLOCKING TWO STREET SIGNS. Behind Riverfront Plaza on south 10th street, just past Haxal Point and before you get to Federal Reserve.
