Description
The inlet is at a higher elevation than the gutter and water does not drain. I've had to use a trash pump or shovel the water into the inlet to clear the gutter for years. The inlet goes under Matoaka and drains down the gutter on Hileah and enters the storm drain on the corner of Tuckahoe and Hileah.
