Description

There is a parcel of land (5205 A Sylvan Court) behind our property with a dead/dying tree (see attached photos). The Real Estate Assessor department could not identify the owner of this parcel, and city attorney Greg Luckanuski suggested we submit this request since the tree may be at risk of falling and harming nearby neighbors. Thanks in advance for your help!
