Description
Dozens of schoolchildren cross at this intersection every day and it is also a RPS school bus stop. Traffic speeds are in excess of 35mph and visibility to Northbound drivers is poor, creating a significant hazard to children. Please add a school zone speed limit during the appropriate times.

- Staff · May 6, 2024School flashers that activate and show reduced speed zones at school activities including short times before school opens and after school lets out is a tool to advise motorist to legally slow down during these times. The school is responsible to pay for the flashing speed limit signs but DPW will work with local schools on the flasher locations and operations.
