Description
The tree has been dying the last three years. Last year, various large-sized branches fell - any of which would have killed or harmed a pedestrian. I've noticed that while some leave came in, the vast majority are dying and falling off the tree and multiple branches appear coated with moss and have no leaves. I think this tree is a public safety issue. I worry about the many kids riding and walking underneath.
