Description
This traffic signal is timing too short when trying to get out of the Oregon Hill neighborhood crossing or entering Belivedere from Spring St. There is often more vehicle and bicycle traffic going east-west than the timer allows. There is also often a combination of cars, bicycles and pedestrians turning and going straight, This usually means people have to wait through multiple light change cycles — or more likely vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians dangerously proceed through the red light.
