Description
A contractor recently installed an underground cable and left the sidewalk in this condition. See photos. They did not return the sidewalk back to original condition. Instead, they filled in the section with gravel making it very dangerous and impossible for pedestrians with walkers and baby carriages to proceed. Unacceptable!!! The contractor or the city must fix this immediately. Thank you.
