Description
We placed request on 4/24 for a new trashcan, because our trashcan was dumped in with a trash on trash collection day on 4/23. New trash can was delivered to us on 4/25. I just got home - 4/26 and the trash can which was delivered to us is missing and received notification that previous claim is completed. Not sure what miscommunication happened, but we still need a trash can. Thank your for your attention to this matter.

- Staff · April 27, 2024New city can was delivered (4-24-24) I went to address myself on 4-27-2024 Citizen moved can from side of home where cans are kept to behind the house. In order for them to get additional can they have to purchase it. This was the 3rd time going to this address.
