Description

Tall vegetation and tree limbs obstruction no parking in alley signs. Car have been parking in the alley due to unable to see the signs. The signs are located across from to 227 E 13th and Everette.

    Bushes are encroaching on South and West sides of entire alley, not just where the signs are. About half of the encroachment is from City property, with the remainder from several private lots. This would be an excellent candidate for contractor abatement.
