Description
Westwood Ave from N. Blvd to Rosedale Ave is a lumpy, bumpy mess. That stretch of road needs to be leveled off. Work was done on that stretch of sometime ago. It now needs to be smoothed out. People are driving in the middle weaving from 1 side to the other of the 3 lane road to try and duck the uneven up and down lumps and bumps that continue for about 8 blocks down Westwood Ave.
