Description

Reported this needed repair on sidewalk in 2021 and has never been fixed. Tree roots in city well have upended the concrete and caused it to buckle. Very afraid someone will trip.

Multiple requests associated with the same block of sidewalk and/or duplicate requests severely slow down the response and repair to damaged locations.
