Description

We initially requested for the sidewalk to be repaired leading into the parking lot due to the potential liability to pedestrians and residents of nearby buildings. This sidewalk is NOT owned by the building or parking lot owners. Please see pictures and survey documents attached.

    This location has been inspected on 4/26/2024. The location has a drive way apron that is cracked and damaged significantly. The driveway apron is used to access 1321 1/2 private parking. The repairs to the apron is the property owners responsibility according to City of Richmond code Sec. 24-175 (b)
