Description
Our quality of life is suffering due to the poor condition of West Jackson Street. Large trucks, like semi trucks and small vehicles with trailers, drive down Jackson Street and will shake our house as they drive by. We can hear the rumble of their vehicles coming 1 block away. This is happening at all hours of the day – unfortunately at 2, 3 and 4 am when we are trying to sleep.
