Description
The citizen driveway is in the back of her home / alley The citizen states that there is a church behind her home. On Saturday and Sundays the attendees block her car in her driveway and she is unable to get out. Please assist by installing a sign in the alley way to prevent this. She has been told by a trustee of the church that the church owns the alley.
