Description
This alley has a few very large areas that were not properly redone when 17th street was remodeled. There has been large sunken fown areas for years where water pools up and festers. When filled with filth and grease from neighboring restaurants it smells very bad and is a hazard for people living in the area as well as those visiting and passing through, making it a liability.
