This location has been inspected on 4/25/2024. 10x5 ft. Section of damaged concrete sidewalk due to tree roots. Also 10x10 ft driveway apron that is cracked that is the resident responsibility to repair. Letter of city code left on door. The repairs will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns.
