Description
Caller is concern about the signal light turning left off Broad onto Belvidere. Caller states turning left the green light hardly stays green for 10 sec. and the area is always backed up. This again is from Belvidere onto Broad. The time needs to be adjusted. This has been happening for the last 4 to 6 months

Please note that left turns from N Belvidere Street onto Broad Street are prohibited, which affects traffic flow in that direction.
