Dear Citizen, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. At the time of your request, our team reviewed the signal timing at this intersection. Overall, the intersection is operating within an acceptable level of service. Please note that left turns from N Belvidere Street onto Broad Street are prohibited, which affects traffic flow in that direction. We will continue to monitor this intersection and take appropriate action if future conditions indicate a need. As no further action is needed at this time, I am closing this service request.
