Description
Busses turning right from Midlothian Turnpike south bound onto Roanoke Street north bound cannot complete this turn safely with the current location of the stop bar on south bound Roanoke Street. During the consultative group meeting between GRTC and the City of Richmond, the city approved relocating the existing offset stop bar. The left lane stop bar will be relocated 10 feet up stream.
