Description
Busses turning right from 25th street south bound to 25th street west bound cannot complete this turn safely with the current location of the stop bar on east bound Main street. During the consultative group meeting between GRTC and the City of Richmond, the city approved an offset stop bar. The left lane stop bar will be relocated 10 feet up stream.
