Description
Several potholes located on the roadway in both traffic lanes on Hathaway. Several PHs in lane traveli in direction towards the traffic signal at Forest Hill Avenue. In the lane heading down Hathaway and beyond the speed hump, there are more PHs and severly deteriorated conditions past South Drive.
