Description
In 2023, the city laid new gravel down in our alley between Meadow Street and Rowland Street. In doing so, they changed the gradient of the alley and water has begun to pool in front of my garage and the side of my house, causing damage to my garage and forming a sink hole near the foundation of my house. I have attached pictures that illustrate the runoff that is entering my garage due to the gradient and the sinkhole forming near my foundation.
