Description
There is severe rutting in the alley behind 1406 and 1408 Claremont Ave. Attached photo shows water still puddled in the area 15 hours after rain stopped. the area is extremely muddy. Immediately following rain, this area is severely flooded and muddy, significantly impeding city worker access to garbage and recycling bins. Thanks!
