Description
The city recently did some water work in the alley back in March. the alley was messed up from their work. They scraped all the gravel from the alley. There's also two spots where water leaking through. You can see water bubbling up from two area and water running all the way down the alley. Tried submitting a water leak related request but the system redirected me to call the emergency number instead and nobody answers. The area where the water is leaking through is next to 1511 Custer St
