Description

The citizen states that the roots of the tree are above ground. Also when the tree was planted and excessive amount of rocks were placed around it. She would like some of the rocks removed. She did also state that the roots of the tree are coming up in her yard.

    Above-ground roots are limited to the tree lawn in the immediate vicinity. Tree is 20+ years old and rocks nearby are not associated with planting; they may have been left behind after sidewalk repair. This request does not meet service criteria at this time.
