Description

This tree was planted by the city in 2003 or 2004 I think (after hurricane Isabell). It appears to be sick. Bark is coming off in thick chunks on one side. Leaves look great though. I am hoping someone with the city can quickly diagnose and treat this tree before it's too late. I'd hate to lose it. Thanks!
