Description

The pedestrian signal (near the bus stop, as you cross N. Ryland st going west down W. Brosd st) is stuck on a "hand and 10" countdown signal, both when its supposed to be no crossing and when is is good to cross (the opposite side of the intersection shows either the proper no crossing hand or the walking signal).
