Description
There are multiple large potholes in the alley of the 400 block between West Grace Street and West Franklin Street. The potholes require swerving to avoid them. Hoing over them as bottomed out some cars. This block is especially terrible now that the developers of the new VCU dorm at Grace and Monroe Street repaved the alley in the 500 block. Please fix these.
