Description

A center turn lane would allow for greater safety and efficiency. Currently traffic drives onto the shoulder to pass turning cars in the southbound direction additionally the vehicle turning left into the southbound lanes would have a halfway point to stop and merge when safe.

    Striping revisions were made as a part of the New Traffic Signals Project and incorporated changes to address the issues made by the citizen. Striping has been completed. No further action is needed at this time.
