Description

Elm tree is healthy besides the large central branch that is dead. Needs to be removed before damaging cars or rest of tree. DO NOT REMOVE TREE. Leader branch is beginning to split. Several cars at risk. Please remove this single main leader branch ASAP. This issue originally reported in April 2024.
