Description

Sidewalk is lifted over 12 inches in the air, major tripping hazard. This is due to a tree root system. The tree also looks very unhealthy. This makes it TOTALLY wheelchair inaccessible. The area that needs repair is on ellwood ave, technically next to 2n boulevard, and not in front of an ellwood ave address.
