Description
All of the crape myrtles along Chippenham Parkway between Weyburn and Custis Roads are diseased. They have a black mold-type disease on them that is contagious to other myrtles. All of the trees need pruning and treatment (neem oil works if applied regularly). The trees are located in the Chippenham median.
