The focused approach on speed management in the City’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program first considers the distance of a free flow street of at least 1200’ in length in a tangent section (straight section) without traffic signals, existing traffic calming measures or stopped conditions on the major street. Wisteria Ave stops at Kensington Ave. The estimated distance Grove Ave and Kensington Ave is about 980’. Between Kensington Ave and Patterson Ave measures about 720’. Both sections are less than the 1200’ minimum distance so speed tables are not planned. Wisteria has 25mph signs posted in both directions of travel between Grove and Patterson.
