Description
Good afternoon City of Richmond, Following up again (this is now the third message) since construction vehicles and fences and debris continue to block the public right of way and forcing pedestrians to walk into oncoming traffic. This has now been going on since March 20th without any resolution. Obviously a verbal reminder by a city inspector means nothing. What is the City going to do to protect pedestrians?
