Description

Parking signs are confusing as they are parking 1hr except by permit only or from 1AM-4AM. Current signs loop the 24hr period and should be either in military time or shortened to only say allowable extended hours. At $65 a ticket RVA can afford to replace these.

    Could not find sign. Must be talking about 1800 W Grace which is 7am-12am midnight. Can not call to find out.
