Description
Daily parking violations in front of spectrum apartments with vehicles left parked in the bike lane. This forces cyclists into vehicular traffic and defeats the purpose of a designated bike lane. Improved markings and ideally barriers to protect lane are necessary. Daily calls to RVA parking and/or law enforcement are not the solution or acceptable.
