Description

There is a section of the sidewalk that sticks up in several places due to roots from the tree next to the sidewalk. Many children and elderly people walk, run, bike, or scoot on this sidewalk, so there is a risk of injury. Its very difficult to navigate a stroller on this sidewalk becuase the tripping hazard is so high.
