Description
Caller is calling back in reference to a request for a supercan it's been 3 weeks and he hasn't received the supercan to date. SR#-DPW000167198 was closed stating there's a good working supercan; Caller states his supercan is damaged the lid is missing and there's holes at the bottom of the supercan. (per Refuse put in a new SR) Caller states the supercan needs to be replaced.
