DMV crash data The latest nine years of crash data (1.1.15-12.31.23) from DMV shows one reported crash on 29th St between Bainbridge St and Semmes Ave. Speed table The focused approach on speed management in the City’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program first considers the distance of a free flow street of at least 1200’ in length in a tangent section without traffic signals, existing traffic calming measures or stopped conditions on the major street. 29th St is one-way westbound between Bainbridge St and Semmes Ave, measures about 1450’ with stops at Perry St and at Semmes Ave. 29th St between Bainbridge St and Perry St measures about 725’. 29th St between Perry St and Semmes Ave measures about 700’. The minimum street section measurement for consideration of a speed table is 1200’ of free follow traffic. Given the stopped condition at Perry St and the distance between stops on 29th St DPW is not currently planning a speed table on 29th St.
