Caller is stating that there should be requests or concerns placed about no parking signs that are needed because the view of pulling out from the apartments are being obstructed because vehicles are parking on the street; this is urgent. The name of the apartments is Jamestown Aptmt Flats. The block is bewtween W13th and W 14th is where the view of traffic is being obstructed on the side of the aptmt complex. The signage is needed on Semmes Ave. 1200 Semmes to 1400 Semmes Ave.
