Description
The trash truck man took the lid off my trash can and put it on the ground then went to empty the can and never put the trash can back and drove off with it. It is not anywhere in my alley. It was very old and damaged badly but it was not marked to be replaced. I called 311 and I spoke to a gentleman who sent me back to the main menu twice. I was not able to talk to public works about my can.
