    An inspector has visited this location; the inspector spoke with a rep of the contractor to advise him of the need for clean-up of the public right-of-way ASAP, as well as submitting applications for permits for dumpster, sidewalk repair/closure and utility tie in under sidewalk; the inspector shall make regular follow-up inspections of this location.
