Caller states DPU came to his home this past summer and scoped a camera down into the storm and saw tree roots on the drain pipe. The caller states the roots has wrapped around the sewer drain which has clogged the drain and his basement with flooded with human waste. Caller has a plummer out to fix the sewer drain but until the tree roots are removed from the storm drain the work can't be perfomed on his property. Caller is angry due to the fact of his house in becoming unlivable; Email sent to 311 manage to escalate to DPW/DPU
