Description
So the alley between Grove and Floyd in the 3500 block was repaired last spring which included compaction rolling crushed asphalt but the surface was never top-coated with crusher run/#57 stone. Consequently, multiple potholes have now formed over winter making it worse than before. I would petition that maybe it's time to pave the alleyway with emplaced speed bumps. In any event, please repair ASAP as conditions worsen with the passing of each weekly trash day.
