Description
The roadway surface has left and clay is coming out of the hole. Roadway surface is warped from heavy truck and car traffic. I suspect the issue is lack of gravel base under the roadway and poor sirface thickness. Sadly this was hust paved over last year.. poor quality work which was only surface grade. Note: this location was prior marked by city as a repair spot.. it has been 8mo.
