Description
The entire 4600 Block of Hanover Ave is nothing but potholes and severely cracked and loose pavement. The whole road needs to be resurfaced and repaired. This is ruining cars as they drive on them as there is no way to avoid the holes, and causing damage to parked cars as loose pavement flys up when people are driving. You all are putting speed humps in a block away in the coming weeks and it would be nice to get this road repaired while that project is in the works.
