Description

On the east side of Hermitage Rd from just south of Leigh st north to just past the railroad tracks, the vegetation is thigh height, buildup in the gutters, and there are trees growing out of sewer drains. This is the walking “entrance” to the growing Diamond district area from the fan. Would be nice to entice business in the area with more inviting sidewalks etc
