Description
This alley is the main drainage from Bromley to the street drain at Libbie and West Franklin. Its gravel is worn and the alley is rutted by garbage trucks that are forced to come close to my iron fence exposing their cement footers. They also have a hard time making their 5 point turn in the mud to exit the alley. The alley needs some contouring at West Franklin so the water can turn west to make it to the street drain at Libbie or it backs up into my yard.
